DPR Construction Finds Space at ReadiSuite – Q&A with Pat Friscia
Pat Friscia, Project Manager, at DPR Construction talks with us about finding the perfect space at ReadiSuite in San Francisco. DPR Construction needed space closer to their client in San Francisco and fast. They originally moved into a space for about 30 people in February 2017, then needed additional space as their team grew in May of the same year. We sat down with Pat and got some more insight. Check it out below.
Q&A with DPR Construction
LS: What does your company do?
PF: Construction Management and General Contracting.
LS: Where is your company headquartered?
PF: Redwood City.
LS: Why did you need office space in San Francisco?
PF: We are doing an integrated team delivery for our next project and it required a colocation space. Our permanent space was not going to be ready in the timeframe needed.
LS: So, how did you find LiquidSpace?
PF: Internet search.
LS: How much space did you need?
PF: Room for 25 people.
LS: Was there a specific budget you need to adhere to?
LS: Did you need space quickly?
PF: Yes, very quickly.
LS: Did you find ReadiSuite because you searched on LiquidSpace? Or, did someone recommend ReadiSuite to you?
PF: I searched on LiquidSpace.
LS: What made you decide to tour ReadiSuite?
PF: It was the only space large enough that checked all of the boxes.
LS: How was your initial interaction with ReadiSuite?
PF: Very pleasant, they were very responsive.
LS: Did you know on the tour it was the right space?
PF: Yes, there were very few places that were large enough to accommodate our team.
LS: How was your experience booking the space through LiquidSpace?
LS: What went well on move-in day?
PF: It was efficient .
LS: What could have gone better on move-in day?
PF: Not much, we needed to solve a few IT issues, but they were responsive and it was fixed quickly.
LS: What do you like most about your space at ReadiSuite?
PF: Ease of booking, location.
LS: What could be improved?
PF: Not the space’s fault (we toured it prior) but there is a lack of natural light that makes it feel a little cavernous.
LS: How was updating your reservation through LiquidSpace?
PF: Again, easy.
LS: Anything else?
PF: The space fit our needs, it was easy to book, and both ReadiSuite and Liquidspace have been responsive and easy to work with.
