Five things you can do today to promote your space and earn more
Every day thousands of professionals search LiquidSpace for short-term workspace. We put together five steps you can take to get your space in front of them. You can also download the LiquidSpace Marketing Toolkit and Social Media Engagement QuickTip even more details on how to grow your business using LiquidSpace.
1. Get the word out on social media! Include your marketing link in your tweets, LinkedIn updates, Facebook statuses, or Instagram photos and people can book directly online. Reservations made from this link result in only a 10% LiquidSpace fee to cover the credit card processing; the rest goes to you because you drove the activity. Find your individualized link on your Marketing tab, at the very bottom of the page.
2. Encourage bookings with customized coupon codes. Contact email@example.com for more information on how you can setup your own coupons. Then share the code with potentials or reach new potentials by including it in your tweet or update:

3. Convert your website browsers into customers. Add a Badge to your website and empower them to book your workspaces instantly from your website. Best Part!? You EARN MORE! When someone books space through your “Book It Now” badge, you’ll get 90% of the revenue from the reservation since you brought them to the site.
There are a few badge options for you to consider:
Size: small, medium, or large
Call to Action: Rent a Meeting Room, View Meeting Rooms, Rent a Conference Room, View Conference Rooms, Rent a Workspace, View Workspaces, or View Calendar.
Choose the badge settings you would like and email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send over your badge code and you can add it to your website right away!
4. Be part of the conversation. What better way to learn about industry standards and best practices than connecting with other professionals in your field? Join our Facebook Community Hub to get tips from other administrators on how they’ve used LiquidSpace to grow their business. Join here.
5. Let Google do the work for you. Increase your reach by including location-specific and workspace-related keywords in your venue and workspace descriptions. Including details about your area along with the types of workspaces you offer will help Google connect you with the people looking in your area. Here’s what that could look like:
“A Great Space to Work provides quality workspace and is located in the middle of San Francisco’s Financial District. The bright and airy building is built to foster a creative and efficient work environment.
Our low cost, coworking workspaces are a great alternative to sitting in a coffee shop while still maintaining a friendly social environment. If you need a bit more privacy, try our traditional meeting rooms or private offices available by the hour on our top floor.”
