New LiquidSpace Functions Make Meeting Room Booking Easier


LiquidSpace got easier for members and venue operators making meeting room reservations. Three important changes in our latest release are:

• “See Calendar” links throughout the product
• Venues can have multiple administrators
• Integration with workspace billing and management system, MorningStar

“See calendar” links

LiquidSpace made booking meeting rooms, day desks, coworking, or other workspace easier for existing members with the addition of the “See calendar” links found throughout the product.

For members of your venue who frequently go to the page to book a meeting room or a day desk, have them:

1. Sign in
2. Click their name
3. Find your venue on the “Workspaces” tab
4. Click “See Calendar”

Venue Admins Galore

Venue admin is a key role in the LiquidSpace system. As a venue admin, you can edit any aspect of your venue’s listing, you can generate usage reports, and you can make and modify member reservations.

Most venues share this responsibility among several individuals. Now, LiquidSpace supports multiple venue admin accounts for each venue. Rather than share a single account, each venue admin can create and use their own user account and password.

Venue owners can go to the Venue Edit page to add venue admins. If you need to change the venue owner, send an email to
